MPI's Marion Kershner Memorial Chapter Leader of the Year Award recognizes an individual who is able to motivate, lead and benefit chapters. The criteria for this award are: A member who has shown exceptional leadership in the meetings industry. It is presented annually to the member who motivates others, stimulates volunteerism and functions and acts as a catalyst to cause exceptional results that influence the life of that individual's respective MPI Chapter.
