REVISED  XYZ'99  SYMPOSIUM AGENDA   15-23 May 1999  NOTE: All changes are undelined and emboldened.
Please include the EVENT# on all banquet event orders, checks, conference resumes, and ALL other related correspondence.
Set all catering events 10 minutes prior to listing.

Specs
These are the detailed specifications for a meeting -- also in a grid view.
Note:
* The top 4 rows are set as a header to print on each page.
* The freeze pane option is on so that the top four rows are always in view.
* This should be printed in a landscape format -- you will get a continous, chronological document.
*
Important:All changes are emboldened and underlined. That way you can send the revised document to the CSM and s/he doesn't need to reread everything.
*
Important: Check out the event numbers (first column). Every event is assinged a number that should be listed on all banquest checks, BEOs, and conference resumes. This is vital for tracking. It starts with the day (FR = Friday) so you immiately know what day you are on. Banquet checks should be reviewed and signed daily. With these event numbers, you can easily sort the checks in chrological sequence.
*Important: Note the columnation - there is a different column for different parts of the hotel (setup crew, AV, catering, reader board posting). In this way, for example, the AV crew can focus only on their column and not have to sort through the rest.
*Important: Note the AV column. The equipment is abbreviated, in order to save space. Hover cursor over Cell G:2 for the code.
*Posting status is indicated on the fourth column by "Post" and "DNP" for Do Not Post -- This makes it a "no-brainer" for the person doing the reader board.

* This is just one page of normally a multi-page worksheet document. Your information can be kept in a singe document, tracking all aspects of the meeting.
